Studio Ramsay for Fox and Channel 4

Satusfaction has a long standing relationship with Studio Ramsay, we’ve been able to provide them with a plethora of talented editors over the years and we’re always excited when they come to us with a brand new series. In Secret Service, Gordon has to fight his own reputation and fame by going undercover and sending spies to assess restaurants and food businesses so he can give them advice on how to improve their service. 

Dave Berezai and Sean Schmolz regularly work with Studio Ramsay and fell back into old habits, enjoying the new format all the while bringing their experience of Gordon’s material to give the series a familiar feel.

For Alex Soskin, it was only his second foray into the Ramsay universe but his experience of working in the US TV industry for 20 years gave him an added advantage and he easily fitted to the FOX style of cutting. Alex commented that ‘it was a fun gig working with the team, the episode I worked on had some high octane Gordon Ramsay, it was an interesting twist on what he does, with the secretive side and Ramsay monitoring from a truck outside and breaking into the restaurant to check it out after hours. The chef was really good and a great character so it was extra nice to see him benefit from Gordon Ramsay coming in, teaching them and elevating the restaurant from what it was.’
