Manus Fraser
Manus’s first documentary edit was the original Ewan McGregor and Charlie Boorman motorcycle epic ‘Long Way Round’. He also cut Michael Fassbender’s first ever role in a short film! Suffice to say he’s been around the editing block and knows his clean cuts from his lengthy dissolves. He has cut scripted children’s, non-scripted factual, live studio shoots, music promos, and documentary. He also spent a number of years producing, shooting and editing digital content for some of the world’s largest charities, which took him on some travels of his own. His independent documentary, which dealt with themes of old age, immigration, craft, and friendship, was selected for a season at Bertha Dochouse. His wealth of broadcast and digital experience means he is able to take on a wide array of themes, from highly sensitive topics to humorous digital shorts. He loves music, culture, history, and people. And editing. He has a great work ethic and is a lovely guy to work with!
