In the latest series the duo will explore Eastern Europe with visits to countries including Croatia, Hungary and Poland. Barney said: “Dad and I have so much fun on our travels but I’m not finished with him yet!” Europe has so many more adventures on offer that I can’t wait to get Dad back behind the wheel of the RV and see what I can persuade him to do this time.”
With travel still being tricky at the moment, we can’t wait to see what the pair get up to- from the comfort from our living rooms!

Oxford Scientific Films brings a new instalment to their ‘Secret Life Of..’ with this 3-part documentary exploring the relationships people have with their pets. The first episode examines the extraordinary science behind interspecies communications, using science and technology to reveal the unique ways animals have of expressing themselves, from the dog communicating with his owner using a system of buttons, to the parrots fooling Alexa into adding their favourite treats to the weekly shop.

Following the festive celebrations at the Royal Botanic Gardens as the team work tirelessly to prepare for one of the busiest times of the year. In the vegetable garden, heritage carrots are being pulled, kale cut and Jerusalem artichokes lifted ready for a very special festive meal, lights are hung from Britain’s tallest living Christmas tree and festive pruning takes place in the Temperate House. Finished just in time for the first arrivals, Kew’s magical winter trail lights up, ready for families to enjoy the festivities.

Simon Cowell brings one of his passion projects to ITV: a brand new high octane 6-part musical game show, Walk The Line, presented by Maya Jamal.
The series sees musical acts taking to the stage to perform for the nation and compete in front of a panel of judges headed by Simon Cowell and comprising Gary Barlow, Alesha Dixon, Dawn French, and Craig David to win a prize £500,000.
In each show there will be a champion who must make a vital decision: either cash out then and there or stay in the contest to compete again the following night and have a chance to claim the huge, life-changing prize.
Paul Bussey edited episodes 1 and 2 and Ian Smith was stitch editor on the series. Paul enjoyed his time on the show immensely, he told us that the team were lovely and it was an absolute pleasure to work on. ‘Ep2 has some breath-taking performances from some genuinely brilliant talent. Two of the performances left me in tears (Yes, you read that right and coming from a hardened TV cynic too!).’

Adam Mitchell and Matt Scragg worked on the new instalment of the series. In episode 2, edited by Matt Scragg, Monica and Giles’ travels take them to Madeira, famous for its year-round spring-like weather, to work in one of Europe’s greatest hotels, Reid’s Palace. This hotel first welcomed the world’s glamorous elite 130 years ago and is working to keep its silver service traditions alive the modern world. Giles irons bedspreads in a suite once loved by Winston Churchill, and Monica cleans crabs out of the historic tidal swimming pool.
Matt enjoyed working on the show and tipped his hat to the production team for pulling together a show with travel at its heart at a time when travel is unpredictable to say the least!
Adam worked on the London episode which will be airing in early 2022 and will reveal behind the scenes of ones of the British capital’s most select hotels. Adam commented that ‘it’s a lot of fun working on Amazing Hotels and seeing inside these stunning buildings which I can only dream of seeing until the lottery win!!!’
